2.1. Exclusivity and capacity: In order to ensure a high-end experience and avoid congestion, the number of active subscriptions is strictly limited to 200 members.
2.2. Opening hours: The gym is open every day from 6 am to 10 pm.
2.3. Access: Access to the facilities is exclusively via the Gym Saint-Donat mobile application. Your access is strictly personal, non-transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else.
The subscription rates are as follows (taxes not included):
12-month subscription: $79.99/month
6-month subscription: $89.99/month
1 month subscription: $99.99/month
Daily pass: $19.99
Monthly payments are taken automatically according to the payment method registered in your account via our application.
4.1. Cancellation: The cancellation terms depend on the duration of the subscription you have chosen. In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, you can cancel your contract at any time. If you cancel before you have started using the facilities, the cancellation is free of charge. If you cancel after you have started using the facilities, a penalty fee of 10% of the cost of the services not rendered may apply.
4.2. Pause: The options for suspending (pausing) your subscription depend on the package chosen. All the terms and conditions will be specified to you when you register on the application.
5.1. Free training: The Saint-Donat Gym offers a free training area with downloadable programs (for a fee/every month). No group lessons are offered at this time.
5.2. Personal training: No personal training sessions are offered on site. However, we are associated with certified coaches from APTE Fitness Brossard for videoconference sessions and the creation of personalized plans. Le Gym Saint-Donat disclaims any responsibility for the services provided by these external service providers.
To maintain the premium and exclusive aspect of our facilities, all members must respect the following rules:
Hardware: It is mandatory to clean the equipment (Atlantis, Alpha Fitness, Alpha Fitness, Matrix, Star Trac, etc.) after each use.
Storage: Free weights and accessories should be returned to their place immediately after use.
Dress code: Appropriate sportswear and clean sports shoes (for indoor use only) are mandatory at all times.
Respect: Gym Saint-Donat has a zero tolerance policy against harassment, intimidation or any behavior that interferes with the training of other members. The administration reserves the right to cancel the subscription of any member who does not respect these rules, without refund.
7.1. Training risks: The use of equipment and participation in physical activities involve an inherent risk of injury. The member acknowledges taking full responsibility for these risks.
7.2. Physical health: It is your responsibility to ensure that your physical condition allows you to use our facilities. If in doubt, please consult a doctor.
7.3. Lost or stolen items: Le Gym Saint-Donat is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage caused to your personal belongings inside our facilities or in the parking lot.
Le Gym Saint-Donat reserves the right to change opening hours, regulations, equipment offered or these conditions at any time. Members will be notified via the mobile application or by email.
