Information related to the application and access: Connection data to the Gym Saint-Donat application, history of attendance and access to the facilities (for the management of the maximum capacity of 200 members and security).
Navigation information: IP address, browser type and interaction data with our website (hosted via Webflow).

Process your subscriptions, payments and daily pass purchases.
Provide you with access to our facilities via our mobile application.

Le Gym Saint-Donat undertakes not to sell, rent or exchange your personal information to third parties. However, we may share some information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including:

Technology partners (website hosting, email management) .These third parties only have access to the information necessary to perform their tasks and are required to protect your data.
Note: If you use videoconferencing services with APTE Fitness Brossard coaches, these exchanges are subject to their own privacy policies.

Your data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal requirements.

If you choose to connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar to allow you to sync gym class schedules and bookings. This data is only used within the app and is not shared with third parties
